Founding Members
Kevin Guan, Principal
Prior to founding Fidelity Asset Exchange, Kevin worked in the field of process development, patenting, and operations management in the semiconductors and electronics industry in the silicon valley for nearly twenty years. He is also Six Sigma Black Belt certified by the ASQ - American Society for Quality, and has been giving consultation to logistics companies and manufacturers worldwide prior to leaving the industry. In parallel, Kevin has also founded and led a number of real estate investment companies, earning him years of experience with acquisitions, leveraging and portfolio growth through 1031 exchange and re-positioning. Kevin holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from UC Berkeley and a M.S. in the same field of study from the University of Michigan. In his free time, Kevin enjoys traveling the world and trying out exotic cuisines with his beloved wife and their two daughters.
Jane Hu, Senior Account Executive, VP
Jane graduated with a B.A. in History and Accounting from the University of British Columbia. She is an educator and a CPA. She has amassed years of experience working in the field of accounting and auditing for world-renowned firms such as Ernest & Young and has specialized in nonprofit organization accounting since moving to California in 2006. She has worked for a number of nonprofit accounting firms in the Bay Area and has managed various accounts with client assets ranging from $5M to $20M. Jane helps oversee all business transactions at Fidelity Asset Exchange.
